A couple weeks ago we went to our favorite place..

SAN DIEGO!!

This trip was a little different.

On the way, we stopped at a place called Buffalo Bills right outside of Vegas and rode a rollar coaster called Desperato.

WOW was it fun! It delayed us an hour or two from our trip but it was worth it!

In 1996 it was Genious World Records Fastest and tallest rollar coaster! It went over 90 mph!

First thing to do after we get there... BEACH!!

The next day there was a surf competition that me, Amy, and Austin watched

And what would be a great vacation without Mom's famous milkshakes!

We always go to a cute little place called Seaport Village. While we were there we saw two huge ships come in!

We also went to Lajolla to see the seals! Always a fun thing to see!

This is my cute cousin Kenzie! She's such a hoot! She calls San Diego "Shelbo's land" because thats where she'll usually see me. She calls Wisconsin "Grandpa Riesers Land" Since thats where she sees him.

We went and saw the lighthouse. Last time we were there it was closed

After eating at the famous breakfast place KONO'S we went to the pier. A man caught a sting ray and that was cool to see!

We went to this huge outdoor mall that had every store possible. Our favorites are Godiva where they have the best chocolate and Tiffany's of course. We didn't care for the jewelry since it was way out of our price range. All we really wanted was a blue box

We were suppose to leave home on friday morning but our poor dog Gadget was on the verge on dying and kept having seizures so we left thursday night around 5.

We stopped at the gas station for gas and some food.

Amy and Austin filled up on gas and then came in to get some food and left the keys on the seat.

My mom went back to the car to get her purse and noticed our ipods and everything laid out.

She didn't want to get them stolen, so without seeing the keys on the seat she locked the door and came back in with her purse to pay for food. Well we go out.. and figure out the keys are in the car.

We got a hanger and were trying to unlock it by ourselves for about 30 minutes when my mom remembered that she had AAA. Thank goodness! They came in 10 minutes and unlocked it in less than 2.

We got on the road and got home at 7 in the morning.

Now Gadget is doing well and will still be here for a few more weeks hopefully!
